Lydia Dagostino

Solicitor/Director

Lydia qualified in 1995 after training at a well known London firm. She practised for 7 years in London, including at a leading London civil liberties practice, before moving to Brighton.

Lydia Dagostino appeared in the film Taking Liberties and is regularly interviewed by The Guardian and other media.

Jenna Dolan

Solicitor Advocate

Jenna qualified as a solicitor in 2010. She gained her Higher Rights of Audience in 2015. Jenna has experience in defending clients across a broad spectrum of allegations from drug offences, public order and protest matters, to serious violence and terrorism cases.

Jane Cleasby

Solicitor

Jane joined Kellys as a paralegal in July 2019 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. She works mainly on protest matters in both the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. Jane previously co-owned and ran a successful hospitality business, which she left in 2018 to pursue a long-held interest in human rights and protest law.

Hollie Collinge

Solicitor Advocate

Hollie qualified as a solicitor in 2006. In 2010 she obtained Higher Rights of Audience, and since then has litigated and conducted numerous Crown Court trials; some of which have involved serious allegations. Hollie has extensive experience working in criminal legal practice and defending at the Police Station, the Youth Court, the Magistrates Court and in the Crown Court.

Sophia Dutton

Trainee Solicitor

Sophia has been working as a paralegal for Kellys since June 2021 and commenced her training contract in June 2023. She previously worked at Bristol Law Centre, specialising in welfare benefits and has also advocated for the rights of asylum seekers as an Advice and Support Worker.

Rosa Potter

Trainee Solicitor

Rosa has been working as a paralegal for Kellys since July 2022 and commenced her training contract in June 2023. She previously worked at a Bristol based firm, specialising in Actions Against the Police and Inquest work. She also has extensive experience providing advocacy and advice services to asylum seekers and refugees.

Isabelle Standen

Apprentice Solicitor

Isabelle started working as a paralegal for Kellys in June 2023. She previously worked for JUSTICE, a law reform and human rights charity, and at the legal clinic of King’s College London.

Jill Pateman

Practice Manager

Jill has worked with Kellys since 1994, before taking on the role of practice manager in 2003.

Lydia Dagostino, Hollie Collinge and Jenna Dolan are all members of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.

Lydia Dagostino, Hollie Collinge and Jenna Dolan are also Higher Rights Advocates.
